PanamaReferrals® charges a flat percentage referral fee* for the price you are charging for the rental of your property. The actual listing price will reflect your rental price and include our fee. This is only paid if your property is rented via our website.

2. How do I receive my rental income?

PanamaReferrals® will collect all funds up-front from the potential renter. We will then retain our referral fee and forward the balance of the funds to you via check or account transfer. (We will work with you to ensure that this process is most accommodating to your needs).

3. Do I need a credit card to sign up?

You do not need to use a credit card to list your property on PanamaReferrals®. However, property listings will not go live on the site until we have had a chance to review your information and contact you personally to confirm all property details.

4. Do I need to know HTML, or how to design a web page?

When you join PanamaReferrals® you do not need to know anything more than how to fill out a simple web form. We have gone out of our way to make it easy for you. Once you have provided the information about your rental property, we take care of the rest.

5. How do I go about changing and updating my property listing and pictures?

Once you have added your property to PanamaReferrals®, you may change any and all aspects of your listing by contacting us either via our toll free phone number or e-mail.

6. How will I receive inquiries?

Once a potential renter finds your property in our index, they will fill out an inquiry form with any questions they might have, including availability dates of your rental unit. A PanamaReferrals® representative will then contact you via e-mail or phone to clarify any information contained within the inquiry.

7. Can I cancel my listing?

Yes, you can cancel your listing on PanamaReferrals® at any time. Simply send us an e-mail and you will be promptly removed from the website.

8. Who sets and determines the price I charge to rent my property?

You determine the price you want to charge for your property.

9. Why should I list my vacation property with you and not someone else?

Once again, you have nothing to lose. It costs you nothing to list your property on our site. You will only pay a small referral fee if your property is, in fact, rented through our site.

10. I am already on another site. Why should I list with you, too?

No one web site can possibly reach 100% of your potential clients. While there are other sites to list your vacation rental property on, we do not feel that the choice needs to be, nor should be exclusive. All vacation rental listing sites have their unique merits and users. To get the most exposure for your property, it only makes sense to list on more than one.
