Property Management
Full-Service Management
Whether you’re thinking about purchasing a property for rental purposes or as a second home, managing a property from far-away can be an almost impossible task. Let’s face it – any residential property, whether it be a condominium or home, has ongoing maintenance issues that cannot be ignored. Living abroad, it's not practical to hop on an airplane to change those air conditioning filters every few months, or to address your tenant’s complaints of the water heater not functioning properly. Perhaps you don’t speak Spanish and cannot simply call that long distance number in order to contact the local plumber on a Sunday night.
Despite the fact that an appreciation in Panamanian property, combined with rental income, can provide you with generously positive returns for years to come, these are some of the many issues that dissuade individuals from purchasing property in a foreign country from the onset. PanamaReferrals® can provide you with Full-Service Management Solutions affording you peace of mind so that you know your property interests abroad are in competent hands. Our Property Manager will provide you with personalized services. You can rest assured that the same individual will be looking after your needs (not the impersonalized services of an agency) and will be in touch with you on a regular basis to keep you informed of your property interests.
